Creating High-Integrity Communities

This group will explore relational practices that are good for integrity in communities, and for helping members find purpose. We will experiment to find the right form and practices for a group, examining how belonging, a shared sense of what matters, honest feedback, etc shape whether a community can keep people growing toward their wiser selves.
