Heart-Centeredness

Some people, because they're at home in their body and they like themselves and like being themselves, have their center of consciousness — the place they're coming from in life — drop into their heart. They're not running things from the head, guarded or managing how they come across. It's mostly an inner shift, but it's apparent to others who are heart-centered too. Worth working on.
