Heart-Centeredness
Heart-centeredness is the capacity to stay open to how God is calling you, moment by moment, and to discern that call through deep contact with both yourself and God. An open heart without that grounding can be confusing; thought may then become a safer but narrower guide. Developing heart-centeredness means building the capacity to remain open, recognize what you are being called to do, and act from it. Heart-centered people can often recognize this quality in one another and feel safe in its presence.
